We refactored Spa Space's CRM system quickly and efficiently with optimal code changes, while supporting a more flexible making integration capable of faster future iteration. Finally, we implemented certain functionalities to HubSpot Workflow automations, enabling rapid adjustments without utilizing valuable engineering time.
Within 60 days of engagement with Traction AI, Spa Space was able to target and message customer audiences programmatically within HubSpot. They were also able to extend their service offerings via automations hosted entirely within HubSpot without the use of development resources.
